We want you to love your piece. If it is not right for you, you can return it within 14 days, in line with Greek and EU consumer law.

Your right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you, or a person you name, receive the piece, without giving any reason.

How to return a piece

• Tell us within the 14 days, using the Submit a Return form or by emailing [shop email address]. You may also use the model withdrawal form at the end of this page; it is not required.
• Send the piece back within 14 days of telling us, to: [return address].
• Please return it unworn, in its original condition and packaging, and use a tracked, insured service. The piece is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Refunds

• We refund the price of the piece and the standard delivery cost you paid within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.
• We may wait to refund you until we have received the piece back, or until you have shown proof that you have sent it, whichever is first.
• Refunds are made with the same payment method you used, unless we agree otherwise, at no cost to you.
• If the piece shows signs of wear or damage beyond what is needed to examine it, we may reduce the refund accordingly.

Exchanges

As every piece is one of a kind, we cannot exchange it for the same design. You are welcome to return it for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty or damaged pieces

All pieces are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. If a piece arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us at [shop email address] with photos and we will repair, replace or refund it. Please note that small variations in colour, shape and texture are part of handmade work and are not faults.
