Shipping & Delivery

Every Efplasti piece is handmade and one of a kind. It is ready to ship when you order it and is packed by hand.

Processing time

Orders are dispatched within [2–3] working days of payment. Orders paid by bank transfer are dispatched once the payment reaches our account. You will receive an email with your tracking number when your parcel leaves our studio.

Delivery within Greece

Orders delivered outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in our prices and are paid by the recipient.

Packaging

Each piece is sent in [describe the packaging, e.g. an Efplasti gift box] and is insured for its value during transit.

Delivery problems

• Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for parcels delayed or lost because of an incorrect address.
• If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the piece and write to us within [48 hours] of delivery at [shop email address].
• If your parcel has not arrived within the expected time, contact us and we will trace it with the carrier.
