These terms apply to all purchases made on efplasti.com. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them together with our Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Refunds and Privacy Policy pages.

Our pieces

• Every piece is handmade and one of a kind. Slight variations and irregularities are a natural part of handmade work and not a defect.
• Vintage beads may show signs of age, as described on each product page.
• We photograph our pieces as faithfully as possible, but colours can look different on different screens. Measurements are approximate.

Prices

Prices are in euros and include VAT at [24]{e3a7ba32fad9eafe91e4c4b4f4eacd0f6e13804ea1465565264791dd0d962044}. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. If a price is shown in error, we will contact you before processing the order and you may cancel it.

Orders

• After you place an order you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order and dispatch the piece.
• Because each piece is unique, it becomes unavailable once ordered. If a piece is sold before your payment is completed, we will let you know and refund any amount paid.
• We may refuse or cancel an order in exceptional cases, for example suspected fraud; any payment will be refunded in full.

Payment

We accept [card payments via … / PayPal / bank transfer / cash on delivery]. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored on our website. Orders paid by bank transfer are held for [3] working days awaiting payment.

Delivery, returns and guarantee

Intellectual property

The designs, photographs and texts on this website belong to Efplasti and its makers and may not be copied or used without permission.

Liability

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Greek and EU law.

Complaints and applicable law

If you have a complaint, please write to us at [shop email address] and we will reply within [5] working days. You may also contact the Hellenic Consumer Ombudsman (synigoroskatanaloti.gr). These terms are governed by Greek law and the courts of [Athens] have jurisdiction, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer.
